Thought I should let the gang know, you can get "Hunting with the bow and arrow" by Saxton Pope for free on the amazon kindle store right now. It you have an android or smartphone, tablet or kindle, go to the kindle store and search for "bow and arrow" and you can download a free copy of this book to a kindle or any device with the amazon kindle app. There is a Kindle app for the PC as well, so this is pretty much available on all platforms

It's been available in PDF and other formats from such sites as the Gutenberg Project and archive.org for several years. There are other archery books there too.

I actually just finished reading this for the first time. It was a good read but I found myself often thinking about how some of the comments and practices of Pope and Young would be received on this forum.

People infrequently do the same thing the same way for long periods of time
I have the original book and enjoy reading it every now and then. Especially the "Monarch of Dunraven Pass". I just got it free on my Kindle. Thanks for the heads up.
