Title: Dog Days of Summer... but finished one
Post by: Hornseeker on July 30, 2007, 11:58:00 PM
Man, summer is a tough time for me to get bows built... but alas.. I finally finished another, thought I'd share some pics.

She's Bocote with carbon... Limbs are elm and mahogany under carbon...

Hehehe!
Thanks all.

This bow is 40@27..built for a friend that is going to be working on his form with it and trying to strengthen a shoulder...then, someday, I'll build him some 55# limbs for it..

Hornseeker--If that is how you build bows in the summer, you should limit your bow building to summer.Man that is one pretty bow.    --Bone

That poor bow is too pretty to even take outside.  With all that work on the bow, I bet you haven't even been out scouting for elk and deer yet?

Yeah...everyone aren't righties!... I have only built 2 lefties, kinda sucks cause when they are done I cant really get a true feeling for them...

Whats a "drooling heavy picture"???
