The bow looks like it is going to be a looker! And knowing Big Jim it will shoot better than it looks.

I've yet to see one of the Big Guy's bows that wasn't easy on the eye, but hard on the critters that get shot at by them. That is going to be another Large Jim looker. I'm waiting for my next one to take shape. The dang things are as addictive as chocolate.
Can you imagine what went thru Jim's head the first time he cut one in half :scared:

Ryan my friend, I'm sure everytime he cuts a bow it must be nerve raking!
Centaur,I agree on the addictive part,I went to the Ky Tradfest with one Thunderchild and came home with two,the wife said something about a shock collar for next year.LOL. :scared:
Looking great so far !!! Can't wait to see the finished bow.
Bill
And now almost done!

:jumper:
F-Manny

I can hear it too brother :campfire:
Almost Manny ???
Almost Ryan my friend, the bow is traveling to me right now!

F-Manny
Excellent.. Going to be a very beautiful bow.
:goldtooth:
Chameleon is home!
Wow, triple wow!
I am used to the Gentle Giant quality of work, attention to details and his ability to listen to your requirements and produce the bow you are dreaming of!
This is my third BJ bow, and I am speechless.
- The hunter finish is totally non reflective, but looks rich and deep
- in hand, totally balanced, confortable, perfect fit to my hand
- To draw, different of my Buffalos: Lots of early pre-load, and smooth as butter!!! I draw in my house and stayed at full draw dreaming of turkeys from the blind, pigs from the treestand and deer from the ground...
No pics yet, but I will go this weekend on my lease and will take pictures of chameleon in his natural element!
Big Jim treats you like a friend, and builds one bow at a time: It might be long, but it is worth every minute of wait time.
Thank you James!
F-Manny
:clapper: :clapper: :clapper:
I am happy for you Coureur des Bois.I am looking foward to see those pictures.
MAY THE SPIRIT OF FRED BEAR GUIDE OUR ARROWS.
I couldn't be happier for you Manny. I am looking forward to seeing and maybe shooting it.
Ummm hey Manny, don't you know Jim doesn't build an ugly bow...Why are you so surprised?
Thanks all for the kind words!
Guy, may be one day we will stumpshoot together
Ken, I look forward shooting with you again. You'll shoot her as much as you want. Denton for sure!
Tom, I was expecting the best from Jim for sure. But the new hunter finish he is using now is out of this world. Amazing to look at, and a great feel to it too!
What I liked also is the fact that this TC is so physically light in the hand, she reminds me of my first bow, a D bow.
Needless to say, it will be long to wait for Saturday to go shooting!
F-Manny
Looking forward to seeing the Big guy's latest work of art.
Here is Chameleon, on my bow rack, in good company with my Buff bows, waiting patiently for this weekend:
