I wanted to send a thanks to Mike Rash of Legends Bows for building a recurve for my daughter. I was trying to find a take down recurve for her and the only options i was seeing were to purchase an "adult" bow at a lighter weight. unfortunately the cost was just too much to justify for her to "try" a recurve. I saw a post on here were mike built a Spike Recurve for a kid in NJ and the price was great. I called mike and only a few short weeks later i had a beautiful custom recurve delivered to my door. The bow looks exactly like his "adult" bows and he built it and shipped it for $270!!!
She could not be happier or more excited about this bow and is having alot of fun shooting it. I am glad to have my shooting partner back in action. She had stopped shooting due to a shoulder problem that prevented her from shooting her compound. the recurve does not hurt her shoulder. :goldtooth:
I sent some pics to Mike for his website and i am sure he will post them on here for all to see.
Mike - Thanks for everything!!!

Legends Spike by Mike Rash
Excellent bow for an 11 yr old - I can prove it. She loves it.
I have to admit I have shot it a few times myself and I can shoot this bow very accurately. Fun bow to shoot and would be great for starter teen, etc.
As good as it gets. Love to see the girls enjoying the sport.
  :clapper: :clapper: God bless.
I hope someday to see my daughters posing for pictures like that one! Super cool!
