I have a PAX and they are great bows, especially if you like some riser mass weight.

Shot it again this morning. Very sweet bow, super quiet. Will try it out of the blind this afternoon. If the length is good it may be going out for turkey on Sat. I do have another bow showing up in a day or two, they may have fight it out.

Man did you get that from Donnie?  I know he was super bummed that he was having trouble shooting it but the MA site window is his baby.  I'll be interested to see if he has an PMA made to match this.

If this is the bow Donnie K had made it's even better looking in person, Autumn Grey is a great color for a Widow.

yep I sure did. He is a good guy, played a good prank on me too. I called him and offered 400 for the bow(joke price, I have a bad sense of humor just ask my wife), he was not amused. I told him I would take it for what he was asking and sent the MO next day. two days after he calls me and says he thought about it and can't sell me the bow. I am now concerned that my MO is gone and not sure what to do, then he tells me he's joking and the bow should be there any minute. He sent it before he even got the MO. Good guy with a sense of humor.

He said he is getting an MA built the same, I can't wait to see it, I may poach his idea and get a PSA the same.

HAAA.  OBX he got ya way better.  I shot with Donnie for about 3 years or so before I shipped off to Germany.  I was just back on leave and at the Widow shop when he called me, said he was having problems with the bow and offered me a deal on it since I'd just found out I had my main bow stolen.  Two probs for me were I needed a take down and it's about 10 pounds light.  If it were a TD and 10lbs heavier I would have bought it sight unseen I trust him that much.

Anyhow I had just had my first RH a few mins before he called me and couldn't leave the sweet 60" PSAX 56@28, Asbell grip, tiger myrtle limbs, and texas ebony riser sitting on the shelf.

I'm eager to see the MA Donnie has built and am also eager to see the first ever Desert Action wood the boys were building when I was there two weeks ago.

I am liking it a lot. It's only the second one piece recurve I have ever owned. I draw 29 so the weight is fine. For some reason I just like that changeable limb thing. I hunt from blinds, tree stands ghillie suit, it's just nice to be flexible.

I bet I get a PSA exactly like this except cross grain graybark on the front, and two sets of limbs, 56" 50@28 and 62 53@28. I hope my wife reads this and picks up on my hint!!!!
