Nice bows.

Made by an Oklahoman named Ralph Castoe who unfortunately passed away a few years ago.

Great bow,no longer made.
Bowyer has passed on.
I have heard that his son may start building the lone tree.

Kind of like the Buddy and Jim 21st Century in that people who have them, keep them and they are sought after.

As stated above, Mr. Castoe has passed on and the bows are not currently in production.  He made a heck of a longbow and you couldn't have found a better man.

well thanks guys, yeah i did a lil resaearch and seen the the bowyer had passed on. and it is a shame cause its a super pretty bow and it shoots really fast, i havent chrono'd it but id say at my draw wit 585 grain arrows its abt 200+fps. it appears to have juniper vaneers with yew cores and i believe waterfall maple and some other darker wood in the riser with purple heart accenting it. she sure is beautiful, if i knew how to post pics on here id do it to let you see. but i figgure ill just keep her, shes a sweet little bow
