its really not very cost effective to do this,..I DONT THINK SO!
I waisted a lot of feathers doing these, and i dont think feathers are as good as they used to be,(pretty thin and flimsy)..but i had to try.

but i like the way they turned out.
It's always fun to try something new, they turned out really well! Enjoy shooting them.

Looks like you got the hang of it. Nice job.
They look great to me. And yes you can have a little feather waste. But its worth it in the end.And I love the tracers, what did you use for them?
They look great!
Cost effective..........no, but it IS a lot of fun,and you can be unique. What did you use for the "tracers"?
They sure could ride around in my quiver! Looks great!

its the same stuff that the comercially made ones are made out of.about 7 bucks a roll.
Very nice arras!
Thanks Bryant, got to get some of that.
May not be cost effective but they sure look good.
Looks good - particularly with the tracers.
May not be cost effective in terms of wastage or man-hours, but once you've caught the bug it's hard to go back to plain feathers - they just seems to lack character.
very nice!!!!!!!!!!!
I think they look nice save them for a special hunt.
