Title: skullworks and a leg of lamb
Post by: daniel boon on March 14, 2012, 11:43:00 AM
It arrived 2days ago, and I could'nt wait to try it out,( that is apart from shaving just about all the hairs on my arm). So I went to the butchers today, got a leg of lamb, and boned it out.Fits my hand well, handles like a charm and just as sharp when I finished. And a looker too.
It's the Canadian skinner with the spalted cottonwood handle.
AWESOME,piece of kit, and pleasure to deal with, thanks Clarence.
Can't do pics, but you can see it in the Sponsors Classifieds, under Skullworks, marked as sold.
If you are in the market for a new knife, check Clarence out.

Clarence does great work. Congrats on your new blade, the only thing that comes close to getting a new bow is a new knife.     :bigsmyl:

Here's a link to Daniel's new knife. I tried to post it with PhotoBucket but couldn't copy it.

That's a beauty for sure.

BTW you lured me in with the leg of lamb. Done on the grill slowly to medium rare and olive oil/rosemary roasted redskins, grilled asparagus.......

OK well there's nothing like a great knife blade in the kitchen. Congratulations.  :clapper:

Congratulation on buying a leg of lamb. They are getting quite pricey these days.

DannyBows, thanks for posting the link for the pics. As for the leg of lamb, I just had to try the blade out, it was either that or the dog, and I have had him for about 15 years, so he would be a bit tough, and I've grown quite fond of him
