Don't know about the barge cement method but I used TB III & it turned out great.  It leaves you plenty of time to place the skin & adjust as needed before it starts to set up.  Go slow and think out each step and you can't go wrong.  Easier than I ever thought...if I did it anyone....

Ive tried TB with mixed results. I good one peeled. Ive also done 2 with Barge both did good, but you really have to be carefull when laying them on as there is no moving.

I've done many with TB2 and 3.  Soak skin in warm water.  Apply glue evenly to limb, Blot skin dry and spread on limb get evenly lined up and let dry overnight.  I like to use a mill file to trim the edges when dry. Remove scales with thumbnail and/or a few pieces of tape and seal with spar varnish or Tru oil....The bomb.  Never had a failure yet.

Eric Krewson gave me a tip for copperheads....use a regular black marker to color the limb before glueing copperheads and it will make the pattern pop.
