LRU strings are great! I really like mine, made the bow quieter too! :archer:
When I make B50 strings for myself, I always (try at least) spin the serving so it does not unravel when making a string for my left hand bows, and the other way for my right hand bows. Are left and right hand strings available from LRU?
Pavan, I twist all my strings the same direction and put the serving on in the same direction as the string twists. That way, as you add twists, you are tightening the serving.

How many strands on the ultra cam strings?
I just started building a few Ultra Cam strings. I built 8 strand and padded the loops to 16. I am shooting one on my personal bow now to test it.
I can custom build whatever you would like. :)
Also, we pre-stretch all strings to 300# for at least an hour. This insures quick break-in time.
I was out enjoying my new "Bikini String" today. Fellas this 8 strand string has quieted down my recurve to half the sound it used to make. At first I thought it was just for target shooters. Wrong... Now I've changed to heavier shafts with the same point of aim. The deer are not going to like it, I'm sure... Try one you will be amazed. :clapper:

Our BIKINI string is just the name Barry thought up for our skinny strings. We have several colors of D10 available. I currently have Ultra Cam in black and bronze, but will be ordering new colors probably tonight.
We also have TS Plus in yellow and green.
