Anyone shooting a Hill Country, if so what do you think? I am going down to Mr. Hershberger's today to see what he's got. I'll report back.
I had a K2 for about six months last year. If it had been 2-4 inches longer I would never have parted with it. Roman's work is top shelf.
He sent me his first ever Bobcat and I was really impressed. 56" with longbow limbs. Looks like my habu's. I ordered one and a friend of mine shot it and ordered one as well.
Only thing I didn't like was mass weight was too light for me. Order heavy ebony to make up for that.

I have a 2011 Wildcat hybrid 3 piece, nice bow, good shooter. I killed 2 deer with it this year. My bow is a 53#er and I matched up some heavy carbons that fly great out of it. The arrows breezed right through both deer as if I had shot them with a compound bow. Great performance and craftsmanship.
I shot a K2 in Kalamazoo and I loved it. It was a 50# Longbow with grey riser and limbs. Been thinking about that bow a lot lately!
Just shot my 55# @28 Harvest Master longbow. Everything I have wanted in a bow is represented by this longbow. really made finding a reason to buy a new one hard.
I have had two of them, as good as any bow out there IMO. Excellent fit n finish, great grip, very quiet, and plenty fast.
You will not go wrong with one. I have been eyeballing his new bobcat...it looks like a shooter!
I got a 58" wildcat last year, cant say enough about it quite honestly. Super smooth, shoots where you look and great grip. His workmanship is second to none.
Well, had a great time visiting Roman today; what a great guy (very knowledgeable and kind). I shot a lot of bows and didn't really keep track, but there were a few I really liked. I shot a 56" Wildcat Longbow that was a stand out. 56" and no real stacking, no finger pinch. If I wasn't back in school I would definately be in the market. I would waste the man's time on my own, I accompanied a friend down who may be in the market. Anyway the overall experiance was great. He seems willing to entertain his customer's requests and to echo the sentiments of others "his craftmenship is second to none".
I am anxiously looking forward to my Bobcat. Roman makes beautiful bows that really get the job done!
Paoloi, the 56" bow you shot would be the Bobcat. Simalar to the Wildcat but shorter riser.
