Title: reverse grip j.d. berry bows

spoke to james berry, he was telling me about reverse grip on bow, said it would have less torque, any one have any info or use one this type of grip. know he makes great bows   thanks

I have one of James's Taipan model, 64 inch, 54 lbs at 27 and it is as he told you.  Smooth and no torque apparent to me.  A really fine bow but you expect no less of a JD Berry.

i have a northwind gem longbow 60 52# @28 very smooth foward or reverse handle bow

I have a  Taipan as well.  I havent been able to torque it at all... Very smooth and unbelievable cast

That's what alot of people cann't beleave is how fast one of Jame's bows are for the poundage. Comes with 31 years of building custom longbows I guess.

I have an Appollo.  It is shooting more stable - means more forgiving even when my release is not clean.  Smooth draw and fast.

Got a Vixen order should be here this week really looking forward to shootin her.
