Title: browning safari brace height?

I just got a browning safari, thanks to jack shanks,  and I was wondering what recommended brace height was.  I was gonna start around 7 1/4 to 7 1/2?  Let me know what you think.

Just measured mine 7 5/8".

safari I or Safari II ? I have the 54" Safari I and like OldSshool It has a 7 5/8" brace height

Thanks much guys!  that wil give me a place to start. I believe it is a safari 1.
