My ACS 2 PC Arrived today. Strung it up and shot a couple shoots. WOW !!. Another great bow from A&H . Shoots right with my 3pc short riser bow. Very quite and stable in the hand. I love it. I have some pics. Need help to post. 62" 49 @ 28. Great performance. I am impressed.
Thanks, Randy
Huh? I was just at the ACS site looking at one of those-this is an omen! I am meant to have one!! Send me the pics and I'll post them for you, and send the bow too! Seriously I'll be glad to post the pics.
I have been waiting for this....especially since I sent my deposit an hour ago.
I have shot a couple of two piece bows and several one piece bows. In my opinion this is the best. A little heavier than some and I like that. keeps it more stable in the hand after the shot. You will be impressed if you try one of these bows. just my opinion
Take care, Randy
Here are some pics of Randy's bow

What a beauty!
Very nice bow.
A dream bow for sure!!
WOW, congrats
Is there any reason you cannot shoot the bow without a rubber/leather grip? I'm assuming you can since they have a carbon option and the connection joint seems to be located well below your hand location.
Cool bow.
I love it. What are the materials?
VERY nice!
Love those A&H's.....Awesome looking bow!
Looks like a good shooter!
Nice bow...didn't realize that they made 2 piece bows.
Randy, that is awesome !
You mind me asking when you ordered it ?
Thanks,
Chad
Materials are grey actionwood. Leather grip covers the joint. They have several grip options. Material is not necessary. Took about 6 weeks or so after I placed my order. I think they have made 20 or so. It is a great bow. I love the 3 pc bows from A&H and this one shoots just as good. I am impressed.
Take care , Randy
Thank you Randy.
Looks great!!! I would love the chance to shot one!!
I don't know if I would want to shoot one, I seen a fellow shooting a 3 piece A&H once and I went and bought one can you imagine what would happen if I shot one. :bigsmyl: .....stabow
Are they a sleeve or bowbolt?
A&H uses the same basic system as Big Jim/Black Widow/Cari-Bow. A&H gives you a choice of a rubber sure grip, a leather grip or an all carbon fiber grip/system.
What is the phyical weight of this bow? I shot a one piece and it was so light it was hard for me to control. Ken
NICE!!! Congrats
I just weighed my A&H 2 pc.and it came in at 1 lb. 7 oz. My 3 pc weighed 2 lb. I had another high end 1 piece and it was considerably lighter than this A&H 2 pc.
Nice bow. Love the "Grays"
Just got an e-mail from Dan yesterday letting me know my 1 piece is done ! I'll post pics when it arrives.
I really like two pc designs better for the reasons you've already expressed... Randy it would be great if you could do a side by side with your 3pc (if they are similar specs) for a comparison.... just curious to see if the 2pc design shoots as quick???
This bows got my wallet twitchin :scared:
Congrats, sweet shooter!!!
I did a little testing on Sunday. I have 47lb limbs on my 62" three pc. right now. My 62" 2 pc has 49 lb limbs. The side by side speed test was almost the same. Both bows shot my CX 150 that weigh 520 gr. at 184 fps. I draw real close to 28" and shot each bow several times. 184 - 185 was the average. I do have a set of 49lb limbs for the 3 pc. that I will put on and check. The 3 pc is the 12" riser version. A&H says they are set up with the same mold ? I think that is what they told me.
That's interesting... The two pc is cut to center and the three pc is cut past center right?
I'll be checking to see what you get with the 49# three pc limbs :)
The way they shoot I would say the 2 pc is cut the same as the 3 pc.. The 49# limbs on the 3 pc. were a little faster. I got 188 FPS when I put the 49# limbs on my 3 pc. The 2 pc. at 49# got around 184 - 185.
They are cut the same; when I had a 64" 1 pc it shot the same as the 64" 2 pc. Wish I had not sold the 1 pc-what else is new?
I like it with my 2pc fetish I think I'm cooked.
These shoulders of mine I need all the efficiency advantage I can get... can't shoot Kong weight bows anymore...
Why did ya sell it Bjorn :dunno:
I could have talked you into letting me try it out :)
Come on Coaster. Call them. 8-10 weeks will go by in a flash. I'm down one week already.

I knew I'd regret it soon enough and wanted to feel the emptiness of longing and the pain of being deprived. :bigsmyl:
Very nice!
