To night I was at a buddys house and he gave me a bear k hunter numbers are 8t2911 any info would be great thanks in advance jake
1968
Ok I'm dense how did you figure this out
first number I' got a 69
From 1965-69 only, Bear began their serial numbers with the last number of the year...hence, an "8" means 1968.
The KH was first made in 1967 as a 58" bow and has a serial # beginning with "7".
In 1970, the KH serial number began with a "K", but to accurately date a KH from the 70's, we need pics or more detail descriptions.
You should just give it to me since I was born in '68. :bigsmyl:
Just kidding but, pics would be the right thing to do.

Those 1968 Kodiak Hunter's are sweet shooting bows. Very accurate and forgiving bow to shoot. I understand Bill Stewart was key to the KH development.
