What spine weight is carbon express heritage 350? Can these be shot out of a 50# recurve?
They are .320 spine. Stiff son's a guns!!!
I would not recommend them out of a 50# recurve. I am shooting them out of a 73# longbow. Full length with 360 grains up front. I think I will be able to shoot them out of my new 80# Northern Mist. I know I will have to shorten them but as stated above they are stiff. If you want to try the Heritage series in your recurve I would recommend the 150 or 250 depending on length and point weight.

I agree, but I shoot them out of my setups listed below, cut to 31" BOP with a 260 tip and a 100 gr brass insert. They may be to stiff for you
Thanks
I agree, 350's too stiff for 50# bow. I think the 250's would be great for hunting weight, probably 640-650gr total weight, depending on length, draw, and shelf cut. I shoot a 55# recurve with 150's and 250's. With 150's with 100gr field tips, cut BOP to 29 1/4" BON these are light at about 430gr. or so. Like shooting a gun, if you blink, you will not see the arrow flight. With 250's, same length, with 175gr tips, total weight about 565gr. Depending on your varibles you could start at about 25gr. more with either setup and probably add 25gr at a time and be close very easily. My draw is just shy of 28". My 55#@28" recurve is very fast. Good luck.
I shoot them out of my 56# widow , full length, 150 grn upfront. I pull 31"
I agree with above, most likely to stiff for your setup, jmo
As said above the 350 is too stiff, depends how long you want it but maybe also the 250 is stiff.
