The short recurve's intrigue me! My concern is that I have a 30" to 31" draw. I shoot full length 2117's ( which are about 31.5" from the throat of the nock to the insert ) and have about 1/2" of arrow left...so whatever that figure's out to be. Anyhow, I would like to try one but that is my concern.
What can ya'll tell me that have long draw's and shoot these short bow's?
Thanks, Jason
i have a 60 in hoots longbow and it handles my 30 in draw just fine

Jason,
I have a 60 inch Hoots longbow and it comes back 31 inches for me with no problems and no stack. If you want to go shorter and want a recurve, talk to Lee. He will make a recommendation for you. He is good to work with.

I know Lee has sold many bows to the long draw guys and I haven't heard any negative feedback. I personally feel like a 60" bow shoots better for me but these Lil HooTs shoot pretty dang good. I think his longest recurve is 56". I was over at his house yesterday and he has a stock pile of new bows going on. Don't hesitate to call Lee, he won't steer ya wrong.
Just got a 54" Anneewakkee Addiction made by Lee I am very impressed at how well this bow shoots! Don't be concerned about the short length. Match it up with a Kanati Bow Kwiver and you can't go wrong!
I am not a long draw length guy, but I shoot a Lil Hoot and am amazed how well it fits me. The grip is the best out there and the craftsmanship is unbelievable. With the right arrow, I can shoot where I am looking.
