I've had this bow, which was actually Bill Forman's "personal" SR Swift Blackhawk 58" 56#@28" sitting on my rack for a couple years now..
With so many other "Custom" bows to choose from it has never really been shot until last evening in my indoor 15yd range... Guess I shoud have been using it more :knothead: .. Sure is tough on arrows though. :banghead:
This is only the 3rd group I have shot with it... This thing may get pretty expensive to use on a regular basis :D

Man I hate it when that happens!
Here's a different view... check out the veneer's Bill chose when making his bow... Beautiful!
The way this one is performing for me, I'll be taking it to the range tomorrow evening for the Traditional Hunter's League.. besides it's too pretty not to show off a little...oh and fast, not to mention having a wonderful grip that's rock solid and very repeatable.

Beautiful bow Gene, nice shooting as well! :archer2:
Sharp looking bow! Nice shooting too!
Good looking bow. Nice group and congrats on wasting the arrow.
That's a fine looking bow! And at least $10.00!
Wow fantastic shooting, and that bow is stunning to boot....
Way to go..
:dunno:
Since I can't see anything, I'll take your word for it. :D
The pics are M.I.A. But congrats on the good shooting!!!
I'm with you Joekeith lol.
Cant see any pics. I am on my Droid.
For what it's worth...those pictures were reduced to 640 before posting... I'll go make them even smaller.

Gene, it's shooters like you the instructors are referring to when they say, "Shoot one arrow, then go retrieve it." :goldtooth:
Robin Hoods are really cool! Costly, but a neat experience.
For what it's worth.....they were over 1000 pixels wide when you first posted them, hence the deletion and the re-size message Gene....thanx
Fantastic shooting and a great looking bow.
For what it's worth ... There is some sort of problem with photobucket. I have recently resized pictures and when posted they come up the old size. If you go back to photobucket, the pictures will be sized correctly. However, the link will post the unedited image. In my experience elsewhere, the problem will resolve after a short period of time. So Gene, you are right, what you see is the correct size on photobucket, but the link doesn't work as it should - at least not quick enough to avoid deletion.
That is some great shoot'in. A luv/hate thing for sure. I luv it when I've done it but hate to loose 2 arrows at the same time.
Gene, I just picked up a used SR Swift from another Trad Ganger; 56" 50@28. It's certainly a good looking bow too, but I can't believe how smooth it draws. 29.5" and no stacking - feels like it could just keep on coming back with very little increase after 28".
Nice bows!
I wish we had a "Like" button on here, but till then...

My friend Curt Yeager has a definite 30" draw and they work great for him at that length... He and his results with the two he has are the reason I talked Bill into letting go of this one.. ;)
I think the contrasts in those Blackhawk risers is awesome and creates a Beautiful Riser with a truly extraordinary grip.
Yes, they are very smooth and as the name implies "Swift" as in launching an arrow kind of Swift.
Nice bow, but why do you need those really long arrows with the two sets of fletching? :archer2: Nice shooting!!!
Good shootin' - it does get expensive!
:clapper:
Shoot straight, Shinken
:archer2:
I wonder what's going across that turkey's mind!!! :scared:
Great shooting!!
Thats why I quit shooting like that years ago. ;) Good shootin'!! :archer:
