Fox

Looks like a chupacabra to me...
german shepperd ?
99% sure its a bobcat
Short nose, saggin belly and no tail, my swag is a bobcat. Pretty Cool!
5x on the bobcat......
I think it is a bobcat also.Dark fur on the underside of rear feet, dark band inside one of the fore legs.
Looks like a Lynx rufus to me.
I, too, vote "bobcat."
Looks like a Bobber to me.
bobcat
can't see anything except a red X, that must be where to aim !
ChuckC
Looks to me like more of a dog shape than a cat. I say red fox, I have seen plenty of them with the dark feet like that..Henry

I copied it to my computer, and tried to clean the image up alittle. It has no tail but looks like a german shepard (colour ,shape and ears).
I would have said bobcat before that?
Yeah, I tried to sharpen it and fix it a little too, but its a long way from the cam and at nite to boot!!
Any possibility of gray fox, I've never seen one close to know much about em. We have reds and coyotes here mostly.
I would say Bobcat. I've had several of them I had to zoom up on the camera to make out.
I'd say bobcat. The second pic pretty much comfirms it for me. Notice the darker strip down the back as it looks to be climbing the tree.
Troy
Bobcat. I zoomed in on it and its much easier to tell
Eyes arn't right for a bobcat, I say grey fox or fisher with it's tail tucked around behind it's body. What is the dim. of the tree it's next to? Knowing that would help to gauge it's size.
looks like a bob cat to me
Now tat I'v looked at it some more I say it's a grey fox the way it's holding it's head.Grey fox also sharpen there claws and climb quite well.
Bobcat
if it was a fox(red or grey) the front legs would be darker than the body, so .....its a cat.
Little kitty!
looks like a Bobcat to me too.
I have seen cayotes, bobcats, and foxes and to me it looks like a bobcat.
Hyena, they say we don't have them but now there's proof!
Yep,Ivote bubcat.Second pic you can sort of see the dark back stripe someof them get.
Bobcat. This time of year gray fox tails are hard to hide. My firt guess was a gray until I zoomed in on the pics.
+1 on a Chupacabra :D
+2 on chupacabra
Slumped butt with pointed ears and a black tip tail, I say fox.Legs look to long for a Bobcat.
I vote bobcat.
Bobcat.
I say bobcat as well.
looks like a bobcat to me
Bobcat unless you shot the tail off a fox
looks like a house cat to me
I hope this isn't jumping on your thread, but here is a bobcat I caught on cam. The ears on your critter look a bit fox like to me.

Kenny,
I believe it is a fox. The dark feet and head make me think so. We have lots of grey fox. I have caught several on camera hunting mice and rats eating my corn. I know you don't have out corn but it probably is hunting rodents around the old mineral block area.
Where is this camera set up? Is it were I missed the doe? :banghead:
I am surprise no one said this...I thought house cat right away. Looked again several times, still think that - tail or no tail. Not a stretch for a cat to have lost its tail.
I don't think it is a bobcat. Shaped didn't seem right.
Thanks for letting me play :-)
After looking hard at the ear and head profile of both the grey fox and the bobcat, I was temped to lean toward the fox. The issue is that it has a fairly thick body and appears to have a docked/short tail. Overall, I think the majority of body characteristics points to a bobcat.
I'm still thinkin bobcat, I have only seen one possible gray fox, wasn't sure, no binos that day and it was thru brush. It coulda been a bob too.
No housecat, way too big, it is probably 50-60 feet from the camera.
Better edit til I get back over there, not sure that camera will trigger at 50' :biglaugh:
I' have to go with a feline. looks like a bobcat.
