They should work, maybe alttle stiff but your bow being cut past center might like a stiffer arrow.I would start full length and tune and trim from there.

From what I have seen with cx's you might be a little stiff, but you should be ok. I'd wait and see how they fly though. What are your arrows cut to?

FWIW-
I shoot the 250s out of 64lb and 60lb @ 27" brack quests. They are cut to 28 inches and have 275 grain tips.
I draw 27 inches.

Mike I shoot CE Heritage 250's. but my draw is 30" so they are cut long.  I ran your numbers through Stu's calculator and you should come up with a good flying arrow. Don't know if your using a plunger or shooting off shelf.  By adjusting and tinkering you should have no problem.  I would start a bit long.

I shoot 150's out of two 57# longbows and a 50 # recurve with 250 up front, regular insert at 28.5.  I had tuned some 250 and they were around 30" with 250 up front and regular insert.

I'm thinking the 150's are going to be better, with a 100 grain insert they would be even better, raw shafts they are 10 grains per inch and the 250's are 11 grains per inch.

Your welcome.

Mike with the adjustable center cut of ILF riser you have lots of options.

Droping your shaft length to 28 gives you a BOP of 28.5. add 100g insert and keep center cut at -1/8.  this will increase arrow weight to 555 and bump up you FOC..may have to play with center cut.

I shot practically the same arrow combo in my 56# NM Shelton and they flew great!

You will wind up leaving them nearly full length.

I shoot 55 lb bows at 27.5 inches and I cut my CX heritage 250 shafts to 29 inches and use a 100 grain brass insert and a 145 field tip or a 150 broadhead.   They are some heavy hitting darts and really do good.   A really tough arrow.

I shoot The CE 250's through my Wes Wallace Longbow which is 56#@28", I draw slightly over 27" with it. My arrow setup is 250gr. up front with length 29" from front to back of nock. Approx. 640gr. total weight. This is the most perefct setup for this bow I have fround. Recently went to this setup and love how quiet it is, the arrow flight is absolutely beautiful and perfect, they hit hard with authority.
My 61#@28" longbow I switch to 175gr. tips and they fly like darts out of a gun.
My Wallace recurve shooting the same arrows I take the front tip weight down to 145gr. with the same results as the 61# longbow. This recurve is 55#@28" and very close in speed to 61# the longbow. Total arrow weight around 535gr. Awesome setup for my 3 bows, I will be sticking to this CE Heritage Express system for good as I use the 150's and 350's as well. I interchange all the parts and pieces to fine tune my setups for the results I'm looking for. Simple and easy, sometimes I like it that way. Hope this helps.

I have a 54@28.5 GM2 with a fast-flight string.  It really likes the CE 250, shaft length of 29" with a standard insert and a 200 grain point.
