Terry was kind enough to send me a sample of the Bowhush for my Browning to get it quietened down. Once it was on, I must say, I was floored at the difference in sound compared to string groove pads and string silencers. The Bowhush really took the noise out of the string.
Amazing Stuff, if you haven't tried it!

Those who have overlooked BowHush don't know what they are missing. There is no substitute which performs as well.
All my recurves wear it.
where do you get this stuff at? please let us know. thanks!

Wheres the riser on that bow!
That carpet does make some pretty good stuff.

There is no riser! This is what you call a Limbo!
Try in place of the beaver balls as well and youll really be loving it. I wont use anything else on my bows.
I thought I would bring this back up top!
If you are crazy about having a QUIET bow, like I am you have to give Bow Hush a try. IT WORKS! Easy to install, and looks and works a heck of alot better than those limb pads.imo
Thanks Terry, and the Bow Hush gals!!
I put the bow hush and hush puppies on my bow last week and it did a great job at quieting it down, there is still some string slap noise I think will be cured by putting some felt under the string contact area of the limb. The directions and quality of both products was top notch though.
How does that stuff do in the rain?
I tried those beaver balls and they looked like dead rats on my string in the rain.
I just put in another order to go on my other bows. Really great stuff. This time I got the Hush Puppies to go along with the Bow Hush.
I have used bowhush as well and it works great.I think you could take some extra weight off the string by just adding the bowhush to the point where the string grooves end or to where the string touches the curves.Just a suggestion to reduce your string weight.I think it would be better.
Good stuff!
I went through dozens of bow silencers and then i thought i would try the Bow Hush system, ordered 2. So simple to put on and one went on my Widow that i just could not get silent but the Bow Hush did.
Sent some more money back and got 10 more and i think i need a few more, i love mine.

Thanks guys....Like I stated in your thread....I didn't like what was on the market myself, so I started experimenting...and that lead to developing...and that lead to some saying...'you should sell this stuff'....so I put my girls in buiz.
Rob D sent a set for me to try on a bow I bought from him. I put them on today. alls i can say is WOW!
