Don't expect to see beautiful risers, fancy veneers...I got just what I ordered. A No Nonsense one piece recurve that performs well.
Ordered the left Hand Fedora H560 back in late August after shooting Southpawshooters 54# Fedora. I could handle 52# comfortably Lefty so since Scott would not sell me his....had to order my own.
Told Mike I wanted a Charcoal riser with gray Superaction wood limbs. Jason called back and said "Dad's giving you Bamboo limbs, we'll stain them." Cool....
Nothing fancy here...love the grip and always love the thumb rests. This bow sends my 535 grain 2117's down range with authority. Same with 600 grain AD Trad Lites. I'm staying with Dacron strings because the bow is fast enough. Calling this bow "Lefty"...works with "JK" my Kempf longbow....
Hope I resized the pics ok...tough time with new camera and HP Scanner/Printer....
Limb tips built up for FF...sticking with Dacron

Added weight and mass eliminates torque....

The Fedora thumb rest and grip...real sweet

That's a beaut, Joe! Congrats on getting just what you wanted. :clapper:
Very nice.
I like it. Seems like the grip is all wrong though. I am right handed.
I do like the shape of the grip real well, It looks a lot like how I shape mine. I have never seen the Fedora grip before. Very Nice.
God bless you , Steve
Enjoy.looks good,,,
I like how the contact area of the shelf is directly above the deepest part of the grip. Good looking bow.
really nice, great looking bow !!
Very nice, subtle beauty I like it.
Very nice..!
Nice Bow Skipper  My kinda bow! :archer2: Do I have to start calling you Lefty now??? :dunno:
These are great bows! How long was the wait?
Nice bow and love the string!
Congrats. The simplicity of the bow and the thumb rest riser make the Fedora a very unique bow. Enjoy!
Looks like it was worth the wait....a real hunting tool!!
Nice....real nice !!
Joe, I have to tell you; I am a little disappointed!
I was expecting a really cool hat.
Nice bow :readit:
Put the bow through some paces today with long range shooting. Very impressed with the performance out to 35 yds.
I shot some 620 gr barrel tapered ash that I still have and at 25 yds they hit with authority. My 600 grain AD Trad Lites flew like darts also and I liked the added penetration these arrows offered. I'm well pleased, this bow is everything I asked for in a one piece hunting bow.
Definitely going to turkey hunt with "Lefty"...this spring should be interesting..
Nice bow plain and simple.
Subtle beauty. Very nice Joe, Congrats and Thanks for sharing the pictures.
Wow Joe, it looks great. When we talked around the holidays you were looking forward to the new bow. Great camo look.
Hammer a turkey with it this spring!
Billy
