Can you tune, and accurately shoot a bow tillered 3-under with a split finger grip?
Absolutely......is it perfect, maybe not but most of us don't have perfect form to start with so I think the vast majority couldn't tell!
I think if you did not know it was tillered 3-under and didn't check the tiller you and probably the majority of shooters could not tell the difference.

It will not be an issue. Shoot it and have fun.
Might have to raise the nock point but it really shouldn't be an issue.
Thanks guys! Appreciate the help.
The only bow I ever had a problem with was a Widow LAG. Would not preform split finger-I traded it. Have shot many 3 under tillered with split since then without a problem including Widow PSA's. Roy
Great question and answers.I always wondered that myself.
I shoot two Silvertips tillered split, but I shoot 3 under. I have two that are tillered for 3 under also.
Very slight nock adjustments, if any, is all I ever needed.
I don't think you will have any problems. I have never heard of any problems shooting either way.
My brother had a Bob Lee that was tillered even for 3 under and he could not hit with it with split. He is a better shot IMO. I had one, I shot split tillered even, that shot lights out. Go figure!
I was worrying about something that, from the looks of the answers, was likely a non-issue to begin with.
Again, thanks!
