Did a bit of stump shooting this morning in the Arizona desert, and had to try out my new camera. The first part has the camera mounted on my chest via a strap; that is why you get a view of the lower limb and the beaver ball, but not much else. Then I bravely stuck the camera on a tripod and let fly at the dirt pile in front of it. Yes I dropped my bow arm, but I was a bit worried about shooting the new camera. Anyhow, here you go:

Cool!
Love the front on shots! Good shooting :)
pretty cool Pat! I'd a dropped my bow arm too, but my luck would have hit the rock and skipped into the camera. :)
Nice video. :)
BTW, my cat has a cushion right in front of my computer monitor and he really liked the two arrow shots where he could see the arrow coming towards him. When the arrow hit the dirt and made the dirt fly up, he got a charge out of that shot.
He went behind my monitor to see where the arrow was. My cat thought these two shots were the "cat's meow".
Nice video .... I just returned from a month in AZ near the White Tank Mts. I did not take my bow and I was really sorry I did not. I promised the bride no hunting since I had been hunting since Sept.
Stumping in the areas we were at would have been challenging with anything but footed arrows. Very very rocky and no " stumps "to speak of .. Don't ya just love running around in shorts shooting arrows in January !! Thanks for sharing.
Best to ya, Ken
Cool.....and I thought I was the only one who dropped my arm and had skinny legs.... :biglaugh: Looks like a nice day to be out shooting!
Shorts already? Thanks for sharing your sunshine with us.
