Got the news from Beth today that my bow was complete and getting put in the mail. Been waiting since April, she emailed me a few pics of it but I don't know how to post them. It should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, can't wait!!!
Congratulations! There's nothing quite like having a new bow on the way and I can't think of a bow more worthy of the excitement than a Silvertip!
Can't
Just started mine this week, I'm crawling out of my skin. You must be chomping at the bit!
Simply stated , ther's nothing quite like a Silvertip. Please share your pics asap.
I have one and want another. The grip on a Silvertip is second to none. Congrats, you'll love it!
Jason
How do I get the photos from my email to here??
I use photobucket. where in la are you?
Cool, give us some specs on your new Schafer. My Schafer is 48#@27" 60" I'm shooting Easton Axis 500. cut to 27" I have it weighing 524 gr. They shoot like darts.
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!
"Keep Those Arrows Flying"
Congrats one your new Tip,I love mine TD. My spot coming up in April, gonna get a 1 piece. (getting closer all the time.
Yeah buddy...WOW! Michael love your new Silvertip! What are the specs on that bad boy?
The antler in the checkered grip is sweet!
so classy, nothing is like a silvertip.
That is a great looking bow. Congrats.
Oh! Nice! They shoot better than they look.
:archer2:
Very nice looking Tip,it looks a lot one of mine!
Beautiful!!
wow thats a cool checkering job,,,,, wounder if he could go around your initials the same way he did the shed.
Thanks everyone...The bow is 62" 66#@28, also has the antler base limb bolts. Dave and Beth were very nice people to work with, and very professional at what they do. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Just have to figure out what arrows to go with now...I'm really leaning towards some woody's just for the "traditional" aspect of it. I will bring it over to Mike Harbison next week and we will figure out what flys best out of her.
Thanks Mike for postingthe pictures for me
Very Nice! Love the charcoal color!
Jason
Good looking bow
Great looking Bow, and Yes they shoot better than they look. Best grip on the market!!
Nice looking bow.
I'm betting that those veneers came out of the same piece of shedua that mine did ;)
My riser is charcoal too. Next set of limbs you get, get them backed with rattlesnake, it looks sweet on a black/gray riser.
Those are zebrawood veneers I believe...great looking bow!
Yes they are zebra wood veneers and the riser is charcoal stained dymondwood.
Beautiful bow, congrats!!!
Very nice! What is the approx. wait time on a Silvertip?
Very nice Bow! I got the itch real bad for one of those silvertips. If you want to shoot wood you can't go wrong with set of Mike Harbison arrows. Works of art that happen to shoot good to!
Wow ,I love the antler in the checkering.
Very nice !
Beautiful Bow ! If you decide to alum, I have a bow with the same weight at 29 in. Try 2219's with a 175 grain head, flys great, weights in around 620 grains.
Great looking tip, the antler in the checkered grip is a very nice touch!!! Congrats!!!
Mike-I spoke to Dave last week and he is at about 8 months. Worth waiting for, let me tell ya :)
Congrats, this is one bow I am wanting to purchase terribly but do not have the money to do so. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
