For those of you who follow the classifieds you know I had my Silvertip up for trade to get a lighter one. Well , I decided to scrap that plan and just order a new set of limbs. So I just got of the phone with Beth and they are in the works. In 3 months I will have a set of limbs that will be 46# @ 29" on a 60" bow, black glass with Bocote wedges and tips. My 52# @ 29" with be my hunting limbs for big game and the 46#'ers will be for stumping and 3-D and keeping my form intact.....hopefully...lol! I can't wait for spring :wavey:
Congrats on the purchase. I hope they serve you well.
Congrats, im in the waiting game also.
Ron~ Those black glass/bocote limbs will look very nice. Can't wait to see them!

Charlie ,you know where it will be........bring your own arrows....lol!
I have never seen a Silver Tip in the 40's pound weight category. I often wonder why that is?
I flirt with the idea of having Dave remove 3#'s from my 50# limbs.
Congrats on your order. they will come in time to stump hunting this spring.
46# @ 29" ..... Black Glass....= Turkey Blind....Perfect...
Good choice to get exactly what you want.
The only Silvertip I ever saw in the 40's was a one piece on the classifieds and like a fool I didn't buy it!
Want to sell your old ones when the new come in?Let me know.
see.....your not the first to ask....lol! I think I'm going to keep them for a while, in case I go somewhere there is a minimum poundage requirement.
