I sent my Tembo to Craig to have it checked out and ordered a couple extra items on Jan 11th I had the bow back yesterday the 23rd.
Stellar customer service as usual.
Craig is top notch in customer service. If you want to talk to him he's available and he returns emails very quick too.

Yeah, that's about the same amount of time to get a new one made to order--quickest turn-around in the business. And true on the quick e-mail response as well. That's been my experience too.

Worst customer service that I've ever had. Craig wasn't helpful at all. I've tried to forget the whole experience.
Now to the truth...10 years ago I lived about 90 miles from Howard Hill Archery in St. Ignatius. I would visit a couple times a year.
I always received first class treatment and I never bought anything more than a book, shafts, feathers and broadheads.
One time I sat on the couch in his basement workshop for a couple of hours and read his archery books. Craig and Jason are as good as it gets.
They just don't come any better than Craig and Jason.
