Nice video and congrats on a great buck!
South some great footage Thanks Shane
Great hunt South!
I really enjoyed that South. Congrats on a great hunt. Looks like my type of hunt...nice weather, and good stalkin country and great bucks. Who wouldnt love that!
Good job South! You need to do a Mule deer only video, you have some great footage, and I heard that your CO hunt this past fall was real cool
Really neat....must be nice to hunt and see deer in those numbers and have the chance to stalk them. Enjoyed it  :notworthy:
Cool video. Congrats on the buck!
Nice shot South, and where did you get the awesome lid?
Now I get the name....Stalker, yes you are !!!
Another winner from South Cox and Stalker Recurves! How about a static limb bow in an upcoming video? South, you always post great videos. Not only the quality but the content. Thanks for sharing!
Congrats on the fine mulie buck. Thanks for sharing the video with us!!! :)
One of my favorites.
I really like both videos, South! Some awesome stalking footage there. Congrats to you on some fine bucks! You ever think about making a how-to backcountry mule deer video?
Thanks for posting this!
Matt
Those are awesome videos.
thanks for the comments guys! Mule deer in open country are definitely my passion. We are working on another DVD and have some awesome mule deer footage to go into it, can't wait until we collect enough to get it out.
East Coast Archer: I got the hat at Cabelas. I love it for breaking up my outline. It is really nice for providing some shade when you get hung up waiting for a buck to make the next move too--and for preventing sunburns!
Owlbait, I forgot to notify you, we shipped your new limbs last week and there will definitely be some static limb footage in the next video, that is my new go-to bow.
My first opportunity to watch your video...I must say I was entertained! Great hunt and very good action footage. A+!
Nice bow lineup, too....!
Just watched every video you have on your site! I'm almost sick with jealousy. thanks for the great videos
South, just got the limbs. Like the video, all I can say is WOW! :notworthy: Great choice on the veneers. Thanks!!!
Awsome footage South. Curious, when you say DIY hunt, were you on public land?
That Nevada Backcountry is awesome!! Sure enjoy seeing you get it done with those Stalker recurves.
One question! Having Bivied in AZ where water is scarce, are you caching water or are there sources to purify back in those mountains?
I really enjoyed the video! That looks like a lot of fun and a lot different than our Midwest whitetail hunting, sitting in trees or crunching oak leaves! I think I could learn to dig it out west.
Great job & congrats on the fine buck & video!
Loved it. Congrats on that buck.
Hey Gang,
South is having some internet connection issues with his computer and can't respond yet.
He should be back on shortly, if not I'll call him to get your questions answered.
Thank you!
Ryan
My computer seemed to have the 24 hour flu yesterday, but I'm back online now. Whew! The video was shot on public land in Nevada (my wife shot the video while I dragged her all around over hill and dale. She is quite the trooper!). We bivy hunted the whole time and only returned to base camp after filling my tag (this year we spent the whole 8 day hunt out--with only 5 days of food--and came back tag intact at the end of the hunt :( ).
The area we hunt has pretty good water on the wet years. I've hunted it before where I have to drop down to the creeks a couple of thousand vertical feet to get water, but fortunately that year was pretty good for precipitation/snow.
Awesome video! Nice buck!
that is so cool! Being able to get the stalk on footage like that and then connecting!!!! wow thats great tv. hats off to you sir. Those bows are beautiful as well
