SWEEEEEEET :clapper: :clapper:
Gene
Fits like a glove....a beaverskin glove. VERY nice.
Now that's a fine job! It made a sweet bow even sweeter.
I knew he could do it! Nice....
Man it feels good. Guess my bow now has a "little black dress" or LBD as my wife says.
Thats pretty darn slick. I like it dressed up to go out into the woods that way
Jim did a beaver grip for one of my customer a while back, he does great work!
Your Dryad looks really nice!
Looks like BigJim knows his way around a bow! Awesome job!

The big guy does a great job with every bow he touches. That beaver grip looks great.
I would love to do that to one of my bear bows...does he use glue or just stiching?
Don't want the glue to mess up the finish.
Michael
Beaver is about the best grip material there is "IMHO".... love the stuff!!
Looks Great!
Tater, Not sure. You'd have to call Jim about whether it's glue and/or stitching.
That looks great,congrats. :clapper: :clapper:
Everyone likes beaver ... uhhah grips, well except the Beaver.
They are thougher than woodpecker lips, have great traction but not too much like rubber and don't obsorb moisture and get squishy like leather can...and in a pinch... you can pack mud into a damn with them.
By the way, glued and sewn. The glue won't hurt the finish, but removing the glue might make it shiny.
Thanks guys, bigjim
Whats the price to do something like that on a Kanati?
Kanati is $55 plus return shipping. Bows with more radical type grips such as many recurves are a little higher. That's cheap compaired to what the beaver paid for it :)
thanks, bigjim
Great looking grip :clapper: Love me some beaver
Jim you have a very unique view of things.....we must be related.......BTW I do love beaver. Best grip made and other.................
The big elf sure has talent.
