I guess I should introduce my self. I'm pretty new here and really enjoy this site. I've been a bowhunter for over 20 years and have always admired the traditional hunter. Well I'm about 9 months into the transition from compound to trad bow and I'm hooked. Here are a couple pics of my new to me 58" 55@28 Big Jim Thunderchild that Featherhorn sold me. Thanks Featherhorn.

David Yukon, you're about as far north as possible and I'm as far south. Amherstburg, Ontario which is only 1/2 hr to the US border and Detroit Michigan.
Welcome from south Arkansas! Nice bow
Joe,Welcome from Saskatchewan, always good to have an other Canuck aboard.Better people you won't meet,so many here to help.Your starting your journey pretty darn good ,bows don't get much better than a Thunderchild.
Welcome! :archer2:
Hey Steve, my first bow was a bit of a beater Kodiak Hunter. Something about the Big Jim bows that gets me. I found this one piece on here and thought I better jump on it cause I know he isn't going to be a Kzoo and his bows seem to sell fast. It's a beautiful bow and I'm gettin dialed in on it now. My dream bow will be a takedown model.....just not sure yet what make or model. I'm gonna be tired after Kzoo!
Welcome!

Welcome. If you slide the quiver hood and gripper a little closer to the handle, that bow will shoot even better :)
