I just wanted to send out a thank you to a few TG members who were nice enough recently to sell me some items from the classified section.
So thank you to
TECHIEOK (Scott)
PSUBowhunter (Aaron) and
S Biles (Sandy)
Some of you might be saying to yourselves, What's the big deal? Well let me tell you. It is extremely difficult to get people to sell their wares to me. Something to do with me being in Canada I guess. They see the out of the USA address and don't want to be bothered. They beleive it is some sort of issue to mail it to me or think they are going to get scammed. I am not sure what it is.
So, next time you have a Canadian trying to buy something, don't be so hasty in saying no. Our cash is good and even pretty reasonable about helping out with additional shipping costs if required. We are just next door and happy to buy your stuff.
Thanks again guys. it was a pleasure doing business with you.
John
I have about 50 Canadian sales under my belt...all absolutely a pleasure. Just shipped a Stotler bow today to Alberta, the guy OVERPAID shipping by almost 100 bucks! Gotta get a check out to him!
J Dean-I always felt our best friends in the world are the Canadiens! Thanks for your friendship!
Kennyb :bigsmyl:
J Dean it pleases me to hear of our members that took you at your word.
I could not agree with you more. I have had nothing but good things to say about our brothers up north than I have dealt with.(Canadabowyer and Steve Clandinin to name a couple)
I hope more folks see how it will benefit them as well.
God bless,Mudd
What's the exchange rate? :biglaugh:
As you have found out and many of us know, this is a good bunch of guys.
One of my best friends is Canadian, I love Canadians, always got treated real well when I visited our best friends to the North!
never met one in person but maybe one day I'll make a trip to Sakachewan, Saskketchawan, Saskachawan, well the place they kill some monster bucks :D
I have shipped a few things up north.Just extra paper work.I pass the extra shipping on to the buyer.
