It has been a long week, I got this Shrew on Tuesday and didn't get to shoot it until today. It shoots like all my other past and present Shrews, deadly quiet. It is a 54" Classic Hunter, 54# @ 28", walnut dymondwood riser with myrtle burl limb vaneers. I like it!

Gregg has created another beautiful bow that undoubtedly shoots as good as it looks! Congratulations, Mark. I know you are going to enjoy the bow and hopefully take a lot of game with it.

Great looking bow,and im sure its a shooter!!
Sweet looking shooter! Congrats. :clapper:
I like it too!!
One of my dream bows. How you reckon she draws @ 29". That 4 day wait to shoot it probably ranks right there with waiting for the electric chair and I'm sorry you had to go through it! A real looker.
Very nice Mark, those Shrews breed like the rats in your homestead!LOL.
Love the looks of that Myrtle!
Possum Head,
A 54" Classic Hunter will draw very well at 29" (and beyond), but I think you would probably prefer a 56" CH with your draw length, given a choice and if you didn't need the absolute shortest bow possible.
Allan
Pretty! Those limbs look real nice.
That burl is saweeeeeet! Hope you can you post another pic next Sept. of that shrew laying across a big bull. Way to go Mark. Nice work Gregg.
Thanks Alan, actually I had my sights set on a 56" but just had to ask!

Beautiful bow Mark.
dam thats nice
Beautiful bow Mark, enjoy it.
Man...a classic hunter is tough to beat, so smooth and hits the target with little tuning
Enjoy
That is a cool looking grip. What have you got going there? Is that a molded grip? That looks like it would be outstanding in wet weather....
Good looking rig there.
Beautiful bow. I have been thinking about those same veneers on my next bow and those pictures settled it for me.
Mark,
Very nice...!! Looks like a T/D also.?
The burl is beautiful. Very nice bow!
Yes it is a TD and Kirk it is just a thin leather wrap for the grip.
Beautiful!
Nice one! Really like the limb veneers.
Looks even better in person...Mark has a nice little shrew herd now and he says it won't grow....not sure I belive that just yet :D
That is a *handsome* longbow Mark!
Any special labels on this one?
Enjoy!
Shoot straight, Shinken
:archer2:
