I took my first animal with my HH 'Robin Hood' longbow today. I'm loving this bow.

I tried something new. I ground down my 190 grain field point a bit and sharpened it like a mini-broadhead. I had a complete pass through.

nice shootin ! i dont think i would share with the local game warden. i think its a great idea . but if it has a blade isn't it considered a broad head . just throwing it out there . :dunno:
I normally hunt squirrels with old broadheads James. There are no restrictions that I'm aware of here in Michigan. I assume broadheads are illegal for small game in Florida then?
