I'm partial to Primitive Archer, but Traditional Bowhunter is a good one too.  Does anyone remember the magazine "Longbows and Recurves"??

If you want to go back in time a little bit, get with Rob and order the Instinctive Archer Magazine on CD.  Lots of good stuff to read and look through and will keep you busy most of the winter

I get Traditional Bowhunter Mag and also Trad Archer's World.  I recommend both! And I agree with Stringstrecther, Instinctive Archer Magazine on CD has a ton of good articles.

Oh, and certainly don't forget the Archives section here on TradGang!  Plenty of good reading there as well.
