I received my new Zipper a few weeks back, it is 56 inches long and is 51 pounds @ 28 inches. The Limbs are the carbon foam evolution recurve limbs that Bill Dunn is becoming famous for. This bow is made of all Bocote, and is one of the best looking bows I have seen. Of course I am on the partial side since I chose the particular wood pieces that it was built out of. I have owned many different custom recurves, but this Zipper is my pick hands down. First the craftsmanship is second to none, and it is easy to see that Bill is very concerned with every detail of his bows from the fit and finish to the performance. The draw of this bow is silky smooth with absolutely no stacking at my 27 7/8 draw length. The bow is also completely void of hand shock; I mean entirely dead in the hand. As the Zipper name implies, this little bow will flat out zip an arrow. However, the best quality it possesses is the fact that it is forgiving and is consistently accurate. While we all know that a grip is a very personal thing, Bill's standard grip with the finger groves fits me like a glove. So as you can tell I am in love with my new bow. On top of all of this Bill and Tracy Dunn are some of the most helpful and customer oriented people in the business.
Along those lines, I must thank Tracy for the pictures she will be posting of my bow in this thread.(She has to do it for me because I can't figure out how to)
If you are in the market for a new bow, you owe it to yourself to give a Zipper a long hard look.
Congratulations. Welcome to the club! :campfire: Looking forward to the pics.
You can't get a better bow IMO. I talked to Bill

Nothing better than a Zipper!
Incredible how Bill is been able to match those 2 color of bocote together!
I second everything is been said of the Dunn's and more.
By the way my second SXT is in the finish room,I plan to post some pics as well.
What words can describe such a masterpiece? Perfect specs for me,not that I want you to send it to me for a year to field test her!
Very nice looking bow indeed.
Looks beautiful Bill!!!
The woods combo in this one is 100% Charile. I told him that I had some real nice Bocote set back and he said brake it out! After taking pictures of the wood he chose the 3 pieces he wanted his bow made out of.I think he made the right choices.
That would look good with Zebra wood too.
That's sweet...another winner Bill.
God Bless, Pierre
Man you guys are making it tough on me to not order a new Zipper, with all these pics being posted of gorgeous bows.
This one is no exception. Congrats on a beauty.
  I WANT ONE!!! Bocote is my favorite wood and I've always wanted a Zipper! Great looking bow, and I bet it shoots as good as it looks! Thanks for sharing  :campfire:
Guys, thanks for all the kind words!!!! I am very, very, very happy with it.
Nice bow, Congrats! What do those quivers weigh? I've looked at them for a long time but figured they were too heavy.
??
Mike each quiver is custom and often weigh differently. Usually they are between 8-9 oz. That is both the top and bottom together, total weight.
Mike,
I was amazed at how light weight the Zipper wood quiver was, I have had all leather quivers that were heavier.
Son of a booger, thats alooker for sure!!! mark  :coffee: :goldtooth:
Bill i put my order in last week and i want my riser to look like that one with some copperhead skins, i can get the skins, thanks.
Charlie, Congrats on a beauty of a bow!! Can't wait for March when my SXT is ready.
Bill, Now don't go using up all of that bocote. You're gonna need some for my bow.. :biglaugh:
