I've got the same bow, from back when they had the 50# ones in stock for $180.00 (I'm guessing we're talking about the same bow...$130.00, right beneath the "Horsebow Express"?
If so....
It's very, very smooth shooting, and easy to draw up to 28". It doesn't stack at 28"...it hits a brick wall and flat out stops.
Due to it's light weight, short length, and shooting off the hand, it's very tricky to get the hang of. If a person enjoys the challenge, it can be kinda cool- If not, it can be discouraging.
I've had the best luck with weaker spined arrows to basically go around the stave and hit closer to center.
It is a good bow, and it's a blast to shoot. It's good looking "cute" and non intimidating enough that my wife even decided to come out and try it, after turning down numerous invites to shoot a host of other recurves and long bows.
For what they cost these days, I think you'll be real happy with it. I've been happy with mine.

thanks notthe10thman,this one is 29@28 and the reason i bought this one is because my son is left eye dominant but likes to shoot both right and left and with this bow he can work on what works best for him. what do you think this would pull at 24"? I'm hopeing about 22lbs.

That's the reason I bought mine- I was still absolutely brand new to archery, and wanted to try right hand, left hand, three under, split finger, thumb rings, etc.
Purely speculating, 20-22 lbs sounds about right. I don't know that it would mean a thing, but I'll be shooting in an hour or so. I can measure mine at a few different draw lengths and let you know how it seems to work out in the morning.
