Title: Which quiver for my Bob Lee
Post by: acollins on December 11, 2011, 10:06:00 PM
I just got a Bob Lee takedown recurve.  I would like to put a quiver on the bow.  What makes and models should I be looking at for this bow.  I am more than willing to spend the money for a good one  Just let me know. Thanks

Great Northern quick mount. That way you can take it off without having to break the bow down.

IMO, they dont get any better than the Eagles Flight strap on quivers...light and solid as a rock.

Big Jim strap on.

I prefer it to my Great Northern 2 piece for my widow recurve as well as my long bows.

The price is awesome too!

Great Northern, call them direct and have Rick do the Bob Lee logo on the hood.

Another vote for the Big Jim.  Excellent quiver, even better price!

Any of the for mentioned quivers will work. I have a Thunderhorn on my Bob Lee Classic. Check several of them and use personal preference. The GN is hard to beat.

I have several Lee's and the G.N. quick mount is the best I've found.

Don't know if you like strap-on quivers or not, if you do, the mini-boa from 3Rivers is hard to beat:). The only thing I don't like about the GN's is the rubber inserts. Just me  :campfire:

I just put a Eagles flight 4 arrow with talon grip strap on dealies on my "Thunderbolt"1 piece that I bought used here and it is pretty nice.Light solid, and if I need more than 4arrows,its time to go home or to camp anyway. They also sell(EFA) and extra for their quivers that adapts them for the older Wing bows.
