Title: Little Chopper-- T-Hawk cut?
Post by: Dave Bowers on December 11, 2011, 08:40:00 AM
Hiya fellas, I was wondering if anyone here used this feather shape and what were your thoughts on it?

It's the one I have. I like a banana cut and it seems to be a hybrid between a parabolic and a banana. I don't think you'll be disapointed

Like the looks of it but have never tried it. Let me know how it works out!

Thanks hillbilly, that's good info because I always wanted to try banana's. I just don't like the look of them, so the T-Hawks should fit the bill.

Thanks

Im with Dave,Id love to see some pics.I really like the high profile bananas but something between a banana and parabolic might be my new choice of fletching.  :archer2:

Not the best close-up but the only one I have of them on the arrow.

I have the t hawk chopper and I do like it. My feathers look like the ones in the above picture, They were higher profile than I expected, and made more noise than I wanted. I glued some popsicle stick pieces in the chopper and made a low-profile t hawk that is quieter (a pet peeve of mine is feather noise)

Hmmm, don't really notice any noise out of mine.
