Went calling this am .On the second stand had one hang up at 75-80yds out stood there and tried to find me for a while would not come any closer . He walked off so maybe next time. Went chassing bunnies along a dry creek bed and got this guy

As i was looking for bunnies along the creek I some how knocked this guy out of a almond tree about 25 yards out.

Made a couple more stands for coyotes but no taker. The bunnie had a great coat on it . Being tanned right now . Had the dove for a appitizer and the rabbit for the meal.
awesome shooting- all you needed was a fish in the same day to round it off.- then you would have had a "Mac Nab"

Those rabbit hides make some great Trout flies. Rabbit haired nymphs are one of my favorite flies. Rabbits have a bunch of different colored fur from white to brown.
