Ben, how do you like it? I have a three piece and love it, but I love the feel of a one piece.

Very cool! I like the charcoal color. Thats what I'm lookin for but with black glass limbs.
Thanks, Jason
Yes it was made by Paul in 1980
Man Tim, thats a treasure!
Jason
Yes that sure is a nice bow  BUT I do not believe there is a even marginal Schafer out there. They all shoot like they look...deadly :archer2:
Lets see if photobucket will let me get some pics up? I really like my three piece, but I would like to try a one piece. My money is kind of tight and I know I like the take down. I'm having a hard time making up my mind. I'm gonna order after the first of the year....I hope! Maybe by then I'll have my mind made up.
Thanks guys for the pics, Jason
GREAT photo Serg!!!!!!!
Covey, I like it a lot! I actually sold my three-piece, as despite some wins, I couldn't shoot it well. I can shoot this one well.
Some nice looking Tips here. Ben yours is stunning. Making me want one even more.
Wow, these are all beautiful! Love the shape.

Kevin, thats a sweet lookin Silvertip!
Jason
Beautiful bows on this thread.
Kevin - What are the limb veneers on your bow? Very nice...
Thank You felix!
Kevin, ...great looking Tip, what woods were used?
Sergio, ...another special looking Tip, I like were it's displayed now :-)
My all time favorite! Bacote and the infamous camo limbs

Here are a few I have owned/own
Antler tips, antler overlay on front of the riser. 58" bow, flat out smokes and arrow. I prefer the 58" over the 60" above and below.

For Stykbowslim and Easykeeper...
The riser wood is fancy piece of shedua with a cocobolo lamination.
The limb veneers are Hawaiian koa.
Shedua , is one of my favorite woods, light and strong!
Limbow, may I ask how long your draw is? I draw my bow to 30" and was curious about the 58"r. Threre are some nice lookin bows floatin around on here.
Thanks for the pics guys, Jason
I agree with you Sergio...I also think it's one of the more under-appreciated woods these days. Finding a really well-figured board seems tough for most bowyers. I've had a few shedua bows and I've always liked that warm tawny gold.
All the bows in this thread are beautiful but that shedua just "Pops" out at me.
Took me a long time to get a Silvertip.........Now that I see the one piece I may have to start the search for one of them also! :banghead: And I was trying to thin the bow rack down! :dunno:
Here's three that I owned awhile ago, but sold one of them- now regretfully.

Jason,
My draw is 28" on my best days and 27" on my worst. I prefer the 58" over the 60". It seems to have more zip. I also like the smaller grip Dave does on the 58" bow. Hope this helps.
Kevin
