Their voice mail box is full and haven't heard back via e-mail...been trying for three weeks now. :help: Anyone know what's happening / they around?
I called 4 weeks ago and ordered a Pac-seat. They were there then. But they may be on a trip or something. Don't give up........If voice mail is full you aren't the only one waiting.

I talked with Tersa few weeks ago, they are swamped and trying to get all caught up and orders out. Like the other person said, email her, she will be glad to call you be patients and keep trying.
having the same problem--ordered weeks ago and still waiting. after I was told the items were shipped and they didn't arrive in a reasonable period of time, I emailed again and was told the items would ship the next day. not holding my breath . . .
I ordered a wool pull over Sun. and it's on the way with estimated arrival this Thurs.
