Title: Bob Lee signature bow?
Post by: okie64 on December 03, 2011, 12:16:00 PM
I bought this bow yesterday off of a guy for 250 bucks and I think I got a heckuva deal. It is in great condition with no scratches or signs of wear and it shoots like a dream. It is super smooth on the draw and shoots very fast. I only draw 28.5" and that may be why it feels so smooth. I have never owned a Bob Lee bow but I am very impressed with it. So did I get a good deal or not?

You got a great deal. They regularly sell used for around 350.00 or so. I own a couple. Smooth, relatively fast, steady in hand. Beautiful craftsmanship to from a great company. Good for you. Good luck with it.

Yup, that kind of deal doesn't happen often. The limbs alone are worth more than that.

Yep a good deal.  The only nock on that model is that the grip is glued layers and is more likely to come apart if left in a hot car or if it gets too wet.  Normal care that most already do for there bows and you will have no problem.

Kinda what I thought but I've been on the other side of these deals many times. Good to know I got the good end of this one.

Maybe some day Pepper but I'm enjoying shooting this one for now.

I bought one like it off the classifieds on here just before hunting season, and I love it. Haven't picked up another bow since. I paid 350 and even at that was a good deal.
