Switched to 3 blade broadheads last year, killed deer.Every time I looked at 1 of my arrows it just did not look right.Started bowhunting in 1972 with 2 blades.Pulled them off and put 2 blades back on.Got some Simmons tree sharks and feel like my old self again and my arrows look right again.
I love my two Blades as well!!
I can actually get 2 blades hunting sharp. I am totally inept at getting 3 blades sharp enough to hunt with. Guess I'll stick with 2 blades, too.
When you guys want to get rid of your VPA's and Woodsman, let me know. I love the 3-blades for deer. I do go to 2-blades for elk though.

Dave I wish you much success with the 3 blades you got from me
Loving me some Tree Sharks.
Tell me though guys- I have using 2 blades the past couple of years and I think my Magnus with bleeders left a better "hole" along with more blood. The two blades leave me a slit. I could tell the stories, but I beginning to question this again. . .
Thoughts???

I prefer a two blade Eclipse with bleeders, they make a hole rather then a slit, leave great blood trails, and for me the sight picture its similar. However, I haven't had any problems with the sight picture when using three bladed broadheads.
You got to go with what you have confidence in, for sure. For me, it doesn't get any better, than a 3 blade woodsman. My buddy shoots 2 blade simmons treesharks and I have help him track a couple deer. They leave an unbelieveable amount of blood on the ground! Those hooks at the end, just gotta be devistating!
I shot 2 blade for a couple years but now love my 3 blades for the reason Walt mentioned!! I love the hole they leave! Shawn
I love my 3 blade Razorcaps. Deer, moose and bear have not gone far with them. Been hunting since 1955 and these heads are the deadliest and sharpest hand sharpened heads I have used. I suspect the new Woodsmans and VPA's are just as good but here is a pic of my last bloodtrail last week. NEVER had a bloodtrail like this with a 2 blade anything.
