I think I need a shrink..lol
My head definitely needs to be examined.
I sometimes show the self control of a toddler in his terrible two's.
I wonder of there is a function that could be employed by "management" to block weak willed folks like me from being able to look only at the classifieds.
I basically emptied what little savings I had in order to get what I couldn't stop myself from having.

Good lookin bow Roy!
May not be the exact same bow, but it seems you've come "full circle" in a way...
Congrats, Mudd!
Good lookin bow :)
Regarding the bowaholic syndrome : you have my deepest sympathies :goldtooth:
Mudd you know by now you cant take it with you and the old saying goes he who dies with the most bows wins! It is beautiful and I think you made a great decision. Awesome bow for an awesome fellow!!!!
Congratulations mudd, the rest of us are in the same boat, though we don't want to admit it.
Nice lookin bow!
At least you admit it, I keep telling myself I can quit anytime.
I thought you already had a RobinHood model....or am I crazy? As far a bows go I don't care what kind it is or who makes it.....I like'm! :notworthy:
Mudd,
As you know, it is a one of a kind of the 50.
Only two were made with the dual shelf and this on is #50 of 50. So, pretty cool stuff.
I miss that bow already. If you tire of it, I want first dibs to get it back!
Matt
You need to talk to my friend Sutty he kinda has the same problem but with knives. Nice bows thanks for the tab order. Scott
Hmmm that one can be shot left handed huh? Interesting.
That's a beauty Mudd. I know it's found a good home!
That made me laugh, thanks. DI
Good looking bow. I will get a Hill one of these days. It is fitting since my last name is Hill. :D
I'm trying to figure out why you sold the first one you had. Crazy is as crazy does :knothead:
Glad you got another one. I love this design. Good luck with it Muddster!
Mudd, don't worry you are fine and just at the beginning!
Mudd, I know why you had to have it--it's that little Robin Hood hat inlaid on the riser, isn't it? :biglaugh:
Congrats Mudd!
Mudd at our age, what.do we really have to lose, right?
Nice bow!
Prayin' for your sobriety Mudd... :saywhat:
Might better enjoy what you like.People spend money on foolish things like cell-phones,fancy clothes, what ever.bows are what makes us tick.Go with what you enjoy.............
Mudd, you're looking at this all wrong. All the money spent in support of this habit is unavailable for any other temptations that may come along. ;)
Good on ya my friend ! Problem? What problem? LOL .
Remember " REHAB IS FOR QUITTERS "
Roy, Roy, Roy :readit: :bigsmyl:
I have owned more then 50 Hills over the last few years.I have 6 still that I doubt I will part with unless something goes wrong .At one point Craig gave me his home # in case I had to get a hold of him after hours.Thats when I knew I had it bad !!!!!!!
Did I see that that is an ambi 50 pounder......... ;) :D :D
I know how ya feel and want one of those "ambi" bows bad. That way my sons who shoot from opposite sides of the bow can share it when I am gone.
Problem is with the wife. If I buy another Hill my name will be Mudd!!!

It's number 50 of 50 and the weight is 55@28.
I am blessed to be able to get it. I know that I will pay for it far beyond the cost of the bow but I've put myself in tight straits before so I have faith that I'll make it.
Anyway any hardships I face because of it are all my own doing and I am counting on it being worth it in the long run.
Thank you all for the kind comments.
God bless,Mudd
You indeed are pathetic Mudd.Look at the example you are setting for all those little Gangers to be!
I wanted that bow, and I was bummed that it went so quickly. But I'm very happy to see it's in good hands
There are worse things one can be :bigsmyl:

I knew there was something wrong with you when you didn't like Grits..... :saywhat:

Mudd,
Look at it this way, the cure may be worse than the sickness. Or another twist, you have your "thorn in the flesh" just so you will remain humble!  :archer2:
You have a lot of company if that makes you feel better!
"From another old one"
Nice bow MUDD
I talked to Craig years ago about an ambi bow....
I like shooting Ambi, it realy builds you up.
And at some shoots, the target is easyer to shoot lefty than right....
We could start a hole new class at the shoots, Ambi class, shoot odd tagrets right and even targets lefty....
Hawken, keep your eyes open! Mudd goes through em!!! Lol
Nice bow mudd! I have the other ambi robin hood. I enjoy shooting both hands, I just close my right eye when I shoot lefty. It helps with your muscle balance and gives you a little break when u switch it up
I can't believe this. Mudd, I assumed you bought it from Matt. But I was just browsing the classifieds and saw Kevin bought it from Matt and turned around and sold it a week later. Missing out once is one thing, but missing out twice in a row... :banghead: Plus this comes after finding out about the special edition Robin Hood models just after they sold out in the first place.
I sincerely hope you get a life time of enjoyment out of it, but if you ever decide to let it go, PLEASE consider it pre-sold and PM me.
Paul
hey mudd pm sent ..found something you may like
Thank you Paul!
I wish I had the resources to a collector of all of the limited edition Hill bows.
But I am nothing more than an impulse buyer who sometimes doesn't show the self-control of a raging hormonal teenage boy...lol
God bless,Mudd
Lookin' forward to pics of your new Sunset Hill Mudd!
Keep swingin' the bat!
Shoot straight, Shinken

Great looking bow, have fun shooting it.
Hawkin, not only did I want that number, I actually had reserved No. 50 of 50, it but because of finances I couldn't follow through and order it.
Congrats Mudd, now that you also know my story, I hope to see you and our bow at the Howard Hill Southeastern Classic, here in Alabama.
If you don't know, I host a separate competition at the Classic for Hill style only bows. It's called the "One Shot~One Kill" competition, and it's very unique.
Terry Harris
Hey maybe we can get a group rate on counseling.
If so I'm in.
It's too late to get me any help...lol
I made the call to David and put my name on his list for one of his Expeditions.
66" string follow 46@28, handle topped with Osage, Hunter green glass on the back and white belly.
God bless,Mudd
Muddward, Muddward, I don't know what to say here. I am going have to start playing poker again to keep up with you? I pledge that I am not going to get one of the fancy Millers until I can buy both models with pocket cash at the same time. I do have a couple of old coins that I could sell that could buy a bunch of them. I would have to convince the wife first, if I just disappear, that would mean that she did not approve. My reality safety valve wife usually knows best.
