Wow! I am impressed!
I emailed Lone Wolf last week with a question about my Wide Sit & Climb stand that I bought in June of 2010. The problem I was having was that the knobs that hold both the top & bottom sections in their "extended" position would keep loosening... even if I tightened them as tight as I could, during the process of climbing they'd loosen. I asked if they had any suggestions.
Well... I got an immediate reply the next business day telling me to call the president of the company and he would take care of it. I called him and he told me not to use the stand; they would ship a new one to me immediately and that when I received it, I could ship the old one back to them. Two days later, I received the new stand!
Now, I understand that they are dealing with products that have an intrinsic risk involved in using them and that they're no doubt susceptible to product liability claims but I am totally impressed with their integrity!
By the way, the stand I returned was made in China and my new replacement has been made here in the USA. I'm glad about that, too!

I've been a Lone Wolf dealer just for the past 6 months or so, but I can also vouch for their customer service. While I haven't had any problems like yours, it's nice to call and get a real person, get questions answered and calls returned.
It's really nice to carry products of companies that know what customer service means.
