I've never shot a zipper recurve before and wanted some feedback from those who have in reguards to how they compare to other bows on the market. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I haven't shot one myself....I do plan on trying one out at the 2012 trad bow expo in Kalamazoo.
But I have not read one single bad review.....
hope this helps a bit
I own 2 Zipper SXT's, and won't sell either one. By far my favorite recurve. They don't get any better than Bill and Tracy Dunn !!! :notworthy:
Bill
I have a standard with longbow and recurve limbs and I have a standard ILF riser with longbow and recuvre limbs........need I say more  Good folks to deal with also!!!
I sold my Bob Anderson original Extreme on here a couple years back... still kicking myself big time. They are as good as it gets in my opinion. You can see what I shoot now at the bottom of my post. Neither is "better"... just a bit different. I would like to own another.
You can find a bunch of bows made today that will shoot good while using perfect form on a target range. But I use my bows as hunting tools and the way I measure a great bow is how well it shoots as you hold it at different angles and positions as a hunter has to do sometimes to get that shot. You can hold a zipper with the pressure anywhere in the grip and it will still shoot a straight arrow.
With all things considered they are in the top two of all the bows I have ever shot. A bow is a personal choice as folks like different things cosmetically but as far as shootability and performance which don't change from shooter to shooter they get no better than a Zipper.
I love mine, mine is a Zipper ZSR with longbow limbs. It's fast, smooth and quiet with the carbon and foam core limbs.I have quite a few buddy's that have a SXT and ZSR with both recurve and longbow limbs.Mine is a keeper for me.
I agree with what Tom said above.
Also, I would add that after buying and selling many bows the Zipper SXT with Carbon and foam Limbs is the best bow I have ever owned or shot hands down!!!
Just purchased a Bob Thompson Extreme in the classifieds here a few weeks ago. Great bow so far!!
Joe
I have a 60" SXT with the carbon and foam limbs. It is by far my favorite! Bill and Tracy are great to deal with.
With two extremes, a standard, original limbs, and foam core/carbon backed, longbow and recurve I have shot em all. I would agree with everything said and especially KentuckyTJ. When you can get a hunting tool that performs every time, with the beauty and feel of zippers there is no reason to shoot anything else. The amazing character and passion of Bill and Tracy is unmatched and cannot be spoken of highly enough.
Since I received my SXT I felt in love.East quiet accurate;made a Robin Hood at 25 with the 3rd and 4th arrow I shot out of it!
I am waiting for its brother twins, that must be ready as soon as Bill kills something.LOL
Looking at the risers now. Good info, but gonna wait till the hitman bow pass around before deciding which bow to go with.
This about sums it up!!

They are useless you just brake arrows with them!LOL
Thanks guys. I spoke with Bill today and he was very helpful. I really appreciate all of the feedback. Sounds like these bows are worth looking at.
I shoot an SXT riser with the longbow limbs and I will never get rid of that bow!
shot my Extreme a bit more this afternoon and must say I have been very impressed with it's performance. Seems to be very tolerant of different spined arrows as well!!
Joe
Great looking, great shooting bows. Tremendous customer service. I currently own 3. A standard, an Sxt and a ZSR(My favorite) with Evolution limbs, bamboo cores. Looking forward to trying Bill's new longbow design at KaZoo. I shoot a lot, and hunt a fair amount, and the finish holds up extremely well. Bill is always working to improve and refine his bows. You can't go wrong with a Zipper.
I'm intrigued by these bows as well. Is there a noticeable difference between the longbow and recurve limbs? I like what TJ said about the shootability of these bows. I also like a very quiet bow. Are the recurve limbs louder than the longbow?
Very good customer service, bows are very high quality,Bill and Tracy are extremely easy to deal with, what more can you ask.
here's what I think

Looper, they are a touch louder than Bill's long bow limbs but that is the nature of the beast. Compared to other recurves they are as quiet as any I have ever shot. Don't get me wrong. They aren't much at all louder than the LB's though.

(http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c390/swamper1/PB190008.jpg) best bow I have shot
Which would you fellers recommend for a 31" draw? I was thinking about the ZSR or the SXT with the 62" recurve limbs.

Give Bill a call.....he'll let you know....
I wanted to Hate the bows badly as I think bulky 3 piece risers are Tacky but......
I shot Ron W.'s Not only was it easy on the eyes but the first time I shot it, all arrows Stacked nicely in the 10 ring! Again on the second try and 3rd. That is all I needed to know. If I ever get a 3 piece I know what I would want!
I dont know Bill personally but he has always been professional and very nice through messages.
I just bought a tripped out Lefty SXT with carbon limbs from Hockey7, I can't wait to try this bow out!!
OMG I SOOOOOO Want to shoot one of those elk horn riser bows !!
no stack at all, weight is a little higher, nephew draws 31 inches and has no stacking,he gave it to me
Just received a new Zipper longbow extreme riser, carbon foam limbs. This bow is extremely user friendly! I had bonded with the bow in about twenty minutes and was shooting it like I had it for years. 51#@26" 650 gr. trad. arrowdynamics. Have not chrono'd but it is fast and forgiving. The grip is a delight, can't wait to try a set of recurve limbs with it! If I can figure out how to post picts. in the future I will,it is a thing of purty! Also I donot find this riser bulky, actually average to slim, perfect!
Great bows, now I just need to get ahold of one of their ILF risers! Shawn
