Finally connected with a nice big fat doe this morning, after missing a doe last night in a field broadside about 20yrds.Watched the arrow sail over her back.Been seeing a spike and 3 doe the past two mornings. The spike chased the doe right to me.She was alot bigger than him.So i took her at 8yds.Perfect heart shot.Missed a coyote earlier in the week.Been seeing a few of them also.Took her with my Bigjim buff,49lb.At 26in.660grn.ash arrow I made my self. What a great feeling to harvest a deer with trad bow. This is my 4th. deer.Been hunting with trad for 4 seasons.Just love it....................

Nice work!!
 Way to go!
nice job, would have been nice to be there with ya...
Good job! I should be on here right with you, as I took my first shot at a deer with my new buff this morning......but to paraphrase ol' GWB, I "misunderestimated" the distance and put the arrow right under her!
It looked like I would get another chance as a few minutes later, a respectable buck came along trailing her, but he trotted through the opening too fast to offer a shot.
Congrats again on getting your buff bloody!

 Must be nice to see deer.......
You have to find the does,it took a lot of scouting.
 :clapper:
NICE! And welcome to trad hunting. Been huntin deer for 30 years and have never takin a "Mega" buck, "Monster" buck, or even a shooter buck. Still, I would rather watch an arrow sail harmlessly over a doe at 20 yards while hunting with a recurve than take a P&Y with a compound.
You have to scout some place that has deer!
Well Done!
Great job and experience!
Nice!
Congratulations Tim. Way to go.
