I have had this jig for 20 years probably. What kind is it? There are no markings on it anywhere. Also I would like to have a 75x105 degree four fletch disk for it. Does anyone know where to get one?

Thanks TJ
Could be a BPE
My buddy has one that looks identicle it's a BPE.
Tom,
Could be a Martin, I got two that look just like that....
I'm thinking BPE also Tom. I have not seen them listed for sale for a long time.
I have one in my hand now and have to say it is a Grayling. Also have the BPE and does not look anthing like it.
I seem to recall it being a Grayling Mark. Do you know if I can still get disks for it?
Looks like a Martin to me. I'm sure it was built for Martin by someone else but it's a Martin for sure, was my jig before I went to Bitz's about a dozen years ago.
Yes you can.PM sent hope you understand initials if not I will figure out something.
Tom

I have one just like it. The disks and the clamps interchange with the red bohning jigs.
OOH I may be wrong was looking at the X bow adaptor.
Its a Martin similar to one that I use now. It came with an insert to change to four fletch .
Another vote for a Martin.
Yup, Martin...
From what Ive seen, the Martin and the Grayling are identical. Mine said Grayling and looks just like that one.
I have one that looks just like it, that has a four fletch indexer. If you want it let me know. I doubt that I will ever use it.
Thanks Glenn that would be great. I'll pay you. Pm sent.
I think it is a grayling. I have a BPE that is around 15 years old and it does not look like that, but mine is the pro model. I hope this helps a little.
Tom, looks like the Grayling fletcher I have.
You can skip the Cock vane and fletch both hen feathers then take the arrow out and rotate the nock 180 degrees then fletch two more hen feathers and you got Your 75 X 105 4 fletch. Or DANG close.

I've got one just like it that I have had for about 20 years, Martin J-8.
It's a Grayling. Martin fletchers were made by Grayling for Martin.
Troy
I recently bought a Grayling and noticed the similarity to the Martin Jig.
I spoke with someone at Grayling, and she confirmed that Grayling makes the Martin.
Troy X2
martin J8 is the fletcher
Mine is identical and says Grayling.

Does anyone know where to get the indexers or does anyone even carry them?
Tom, I just gave a fella one a few weeks ago and it's the J 8 by Martin...I sent the extra disks his way also...Just this week he surprised me with a package at my door...6 new Goldtip 15/35 Traditionals...Mine just sat in a Shop cabinet for years cause I got to Jo Jan jigs for Christmas a few years back...The J 8 was a very good fletcher Tom...God Bless, Keefers<><
yes they still make all the stuff for those go to any box stores web site and youll find what you need
I have one that looks like the photo. Mine is a right wing helical 3 fletch. I will post it in the classifieds to trade for something? I use Bitz jigs.
Thanks guys. I am taking Keefer's advice and going to buy the JoJan as they will put more helical on the shaft.

I don't know but I jut purchased one exactly like that one.
I would like a LW clamp
Grayling jig, they are marketed under several different names, I have one I just bought for lw fletching had another I gave away to oneof my 4H kids that I used for years
I am trying to buy a new JoJan but no one carries the 4 fletch 75x105. Amazing! About to say screw it and buy a Bitz.
TJ,
You can do the 75X105 with the JoJan. Just flip the nock indexers around.
Oh boy thanks MJB. I asked 3rivers and others that carry them and they said they won't do the 75x105 configuration.
Blind leading the blind here. So you think this one will do a right helical in the 75x105?

TJ,
Same thing I have only in left wing. Never had a problem doing the 75X105 . Goes for their multi fletcher too.
This is the only JoJan nock receiver that will do 75/105 any jig will but you must have the right reciever..
Model F-51
Cock Feather OUT
3-fletch 120° - 120° - 120°
4-fletch Price 75° - 105° - 75° - 105°
MSRP $12.00 each
Javi,
Yep that's it Cock Feather OUT
i have a grayling that i just bought and it looks just like it came with 3 nock plates
im new so dont put 100% in my opinion but sure looks like the one i just bought
Tom,
The Jo Jan will just have to be adjusted so your fletching quill sits flat on the arrow...They have a screw on the upper and lower bar to do this...Just really check the jig and adjust before glueing your arrows...I have also noticed if I glue wood then alumunium you have to adjust for that style arrow...Now if you buy two of the 6 arrow jigs you can do a dozen arrows in about an hour or two according how long you let the clamp sit...That's doing all three feathers...
Mystery solved thanks Javi.
The way I understand it is the ones 3rivers and other sell come with a single receiver (F-61) that do 3 fletch 120° and you turn it around to do a 4 fletch 90°.
I need the F-51 receiver that does 3 fletch 120° or 4 fletch 75x105° on the other end.

I have one also and you can put a serious helicle on a feather with it.Did you take it apart? you may be able to cut your own disks with a teflon washer.
mine seem to fall all the time
Would you advise to get it fixed to a wood board, a workbench, table, desk or something similar?
Got one in my work room its a grayling
