We got this picture from Cliff Last Night he took this SC Buck 10-29-11 while hunting with his son
His bow was one of our 56" Recurves 50@28 Tiger Maple and Sassafrass

Cliff has made me smile more than once, with his preservation and provision of archery history. Good to see that he has received some smiles as well!

Just back in Louisiana from South Carolina. I've been hunting both sides of the Savannah River for 26 years now and I've never seen the number of 2.5 year old and older bucks as I did last week. It was spectacular!! I shot this 2.5 year old 8-pt at 6:30 Eastern the last day of my hunt. I had three bucks under 5 yards, several "almost in the right position" during the week and was pleased to have this one come by at four yards the last 30 minutes of my hunt. :)

Great little bow. It's actually 52#@28".

Those two pounds are important to us old guys...wouldn't want anyone to think I was shooting a wimpy bow. :)

Most of my shots are fairly close and I like to put my Lone Wolf lock-ons in trees with cover. The 56" length fits my needs quite well.
