I woke up just a bit before 7 a.m. and this is what I wake up to! The treeline begins 103 yards from my back porch.
No, no scent was put on 'em. I just think this 4 pointer must be a youngin with no self respect, and has got "the itch" bad.
And yes, that's a ladderstand I use for practice in the background... as I shoot these targets (along with the 20 or so targets in the back woods) often.

Note to self. Do not hunt in Buckskins this weekend..... :archer:
Is it just me, or is that deer lighting a cigarette in the last photo?
"Was it good for you, baby?"
Thats two funny
Appears he looks around to see if anyone else is looking then gets busy. LOL too funny.

Huntmaster80/Adam,
A doe and her yearling fawn (still on the teet... as I saw them a few days ago) came out of the woods just after the 4 pointer finished his "first round". Long story kept short, the momma and baby saw and hauled out of there in quick fashion.
Then, the 4 pointer went to intoduce himself to the Reinhart target. But, I guess there was no attraction there, and he walked away... dejected.

Dave, Dave, Dave, what are we going to do with you!!
I did hear those Rhineharts like to play hard to get!! :biglaugh:
That made my day. Too funny. Thanks for the laugh.
Sweet yard.
i think she loves him
Well the Rhinehart is looking at him. Maybe he's shy. Uh, well, nah.
I'd hate to be the one pulling arrows next time.
He looks so proud with his accomplishment, theres always a slow one in the group.
Izzy, this yard is a bit bigger than the one in Cohoes, but... no basement. :)
Talk about low standards. Wonder if he had too many fermented Apples.
that little buck reminds me of middle school...
